Broccoli con Herb Butter

  • 1 lemon
  • Broccoli (600 g)
  • Patris Dairy herb butter (125 g)


Broccoli with herb butter

  1. Cut the broccoli into florets and boil in a small amount of salted water for 4 minutes until al dente. Drain the broccoli.
  2. Cut the Patris Dairy herb butter into coins of approximately 1 centimetre and mix them with the broccoli.
